Irwinna Weinstein and Richard Mattox were indicted for the murder of Harvey Weinstein, husband of Irwinna. She was granted a severance. Mrs. Weinstein appeals from a judgment entered on a verdict finding her guilty of murder and sentencing her to a term in the State Reformatory for Women of from 20 to 30 years.
