Appellant, Marlin Proffit, brought this action against the appellee, Janice Maxine Profitt, for divorce charging cruel and inhuman treatment. The appellee filed a cross complaint for divorce charging cruel and inhuman treatment and praying for an absolute divorce, custody of two minor children, support for said minor children and a settlement of property rights.
