This action for damages was commenced on account of the alleged wrongful death of a minor, Donald Ray Wiggins, by his parents and sole survivors, who are plaintiffs in error, but will hereinafter be referred to by their trial court designation of "plaintiffs". The minor was killed in an automobile accident that occurred in December, 1960, on U.S. Highway 69, approximately a mile and a half south of Pryor...
