Appellant, Homer H. Bishop, was charged by information filed in Ada County with the crime of forgery, the charging portion of which reads:

"THAT THE SAID DEFENDANT, HOMER H. BISHOP, on or about the 27th day of June, 1964, in Ada County, Idaho, then and there being, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully, intentionally and feloniously and with the intent to defraud Albertson's Vista Food Center...
