In 1960 plaintiff (appellant) became interested in acquiring a "milk route" and an agreement with defendant (respondent) for the delivery of milk from the producers to defendant's processing plant in Boise. Such routes were operated by truckers under contract with defendant. The routes and the producers were designated by the defendant. The drivers provided their own trucks and trailers and paid their own expenses and were compensated by defendant...
