Claims 2, 3, 6 and 7 of appellant's application1 were rejected by the examiner as "unpatentable over" the following references:

  Utzman      1,383,249    June  28, 1921
  Dalzell     2,054,246    Sept. 15, 1936

In the context of this case, the rejection appears to be based on 35 U.S.C. § 103 and we shall so treat it.
