Plaintiff (appellant) King's of Boise, Inc., is the successor in interest to Arbuckle, King & Whillock, Inc. In April, 1946, plaintiff's predecessor filed a certificate of assumed or fictitious name designating that it was doing business under the name of "King's". The name adopted was the surname of Stan King, who at that time became the active head of the business. Plaintiff and its predecessor were engaged in the retail sale of shoes, handbags...
