Plaintiff, the board of county commissioners of Lake County, brought this action in equity seeking an easement to complete the construction over defendant's land of a sanitary sewer line. It is proposed that this line will connect with a sewage treatment plant constructed by the board as a part of a sanitary sewer district development.
