On June 26, 1961, at Russellville, appellee, Wanda Lee Tillman, was a passenger in an automobile operated by her husband, appellee Roy Tiliman, Jr. While stopped at an intersection, the automobile was struck in the rear by a car driven by appellant, Mrs. A.
