Lundstroms (and others similarly situated) as buyers, against Utah Electronics, Inc., seller, and its assignee, Continental Thrift & Loan Company, defendants. Jury verdict and judgment was against Utah Electronics, Inc. but in favor of the Continental Thrift & Loan Company. Plaintiffs appeal attacking the judgment as to the latter...
