HOLMES, Justice.

The plaintiffs in error, Dennis Sanders and Willie True, were convicted of burglary in the third degree and sentenced to confinement in the State Penitentiary for a period of three years. They were represented in the Trial Court by court-appointed counsel, who have duly perfected their appeal to this Court and filed assignments of error.
