This is an appeal from an order of the 47th District Court of Potter County remanding appellant to the custody of the Sheriff of said County for delivery to an agent for the State of Louisiana.

The Governor's warrant and the supporting papers were introduced that showed appellant to be charged by affidavit with the offense of theft of $98.10. The Governor's warrant made a prima facie case. Ex Parte Kaufman, 168 Tex.Cr.R. 55,
