Sitton and wife brought this suit for actual and exemplary damages alleging that they were the victims of an unlawful conspiracy between the defendants by which they both suffered extensive emotionally induced physical injuries, including the recurrence to Mr. Sitton of a childhood speech impediment; it being also alleged that among other ill effects Mrs. Sitton on one occasion became so emotionally overwrought by the situation...
