Plaintiff Floyd Robison, a licensed real estate broker, instituted this action to recover a sum claimed due as a real estate broker's commission. The cause came on for trial before a jury, and plaintiff was called as a witness. A listing agreement signed by defendant Frasier was offered in evidence, to which offer defendant objected on the ground it was incompetent and therefore immaterial by reason of it not being sufficient under the provisions...
