The Board petitions for enforcement of an order issued against the respondent for violations of sections 8(a) (1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (1), (3). The order is premised on the conclusion that respondent violated section 8(a) (1) of the Act by interrogating employees concerning their union activities and interests, engaging in surveillance of employee union activities threatening retaliatory measures...
