The National Labor Relations Board pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act petitions for enforcement of its order issued on July 3, 1963 against Respondent, Warrensburg Board & Paper Corporation. The Board found that the Respondent had violated § 8(a) (1) and (5) of the Act by refusing to sign an agreement embodying orally agreed-upon terms and conditions of employment.
