By this habeas corpus proceeding, prosecuted in forma pauperis, petitioners, Raymond Lee Brown and Carlos A. Satterfield, seek release from the Arkansas State Penitentiary. In 1964 following a jury trial at which petitioners were represented by court appointed counsel both petitioners were found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, of the crime of possession of burglary tools.
