The Colonial Mutual Casualty Company, being insolvent, was dissolved on December 11, 1953, by order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. Plaintiff, the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, was appointed receiver to liquidate its business.
