Claiming to be the owner of an undivided one-fourth interest to the oil, gas, and other minerals in the E½ of Section 20, Township 43 North, Range 74 West of the 6th Principal Meridian of Campbell County, Wyoming, as a tenant in common, the plaintiff Nova Roush Burnell commenced an action seeking declaratory relief from the adverse claim of the defendant Loretta Roush (hereinafter referred to as defendant)...
