This is a suit filed by British-American Oil Producing Company, plaintiff, in the District Court of Travis County, Texas, against Robert S. Calvert, State Comptroller of Public Accounts, defendant, for a refund of $3,866.79 sales tax paid under protest. Plaintiff and defendant both moved for summary judgment in the trial court.
