Two taxpayers brought an injunction proceeding against the City of Corpus Christi, its Board of Adjustment and Greater Corpus Enterprises, Inc., operator of Ramada Inn, to restrain maintenance of a sign authorized by the Board as a variance under the city zoning ordinance.
