COLLINGS, Justice.

This is a suit in trespass to try title. The District Court disregarded a jury finding in favor of the defendants relative to the ten year statute of limitations and rendered judgment non obstante veredicto for the plaintiff Worthington. The defendants and an intervenor appealed. On a former hearing of the appeal we affirmed the judgment. Our Supreme Court reversed the judgment and remanded the cause to this court for disposition of points questioning...
