Bud Lewis Suhl, Margaret Wierman, and their two wholly-owned corporate entities — Currency Exchange and American Security Currency, Ltd. — have instituted this appeal from the decision of a referee in bankruptcy, affirmed by the district court, which found them indebted to the bankrupt, Security Currency Services, Ltd., in the sum of $455,343.23.
