This appeal is from the refusal of the Patent Office to issue a patent on process claims 1 and 4-6, and product claims 12 and 13 in appellant's application serial No. 765,947 filed October 8, 1958 for "Preparation of Basic Esters and Quaternary Compounds Thereof."
