Elkhart, a Wisconsin corporation, brought a diversity suit under 28 U.S. C.A. § 1332 against Dornier Werke, a corporation organized under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Elkhart does no business in Alabama. Dornier Werke does no business in the United States except for the activity which gave rise to this suit.
