These consolidated appeals relate to the same bankruptcy proceedings and attack orders of the district court rejecting a Chapter X plan of reorganization and adjudicating bankruptcy.

On April 3, 1959, Shawano Development Corporation, a Florida corporation, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming a debtor's petition for reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act.1
