This is a companion suit to case No. 19926, decided on April 5, 1965, Colo., 403 P.2d 758. The two cases were consolidated for trial, but separate writs of error were issued out of this court.

Plaintiff in error Joe Rosenthal was the plaintiff in the trial court. We will refer to him as Rosenthal. We will refer to the defendant in error as Four Corners. There are others who are not parties to the suit to whom...
