This is an action for damages alleged by plaintiff to have been sustained by him as a result of defendant's negligence. Plaintiff was riding on a motorcycle westwardly on Highway 8 in Washington County. With him was a friend who was sitting on what plaintiff described as the "Buddy Seat."
