The above entitled civil action for declaratory judgment and injunction was filed on the 17th day of July, 1964. The Court on the same day issued a temporary restraining order against the defendants. On the 24th day of July, 1964 the Court issued a preliminary injunction wherein the defendants were enjoined from continuing to construct the house which is in issue. The case came on for trial on the merits on December 2, 3, 4, 1964...
