Defendants Brown, Poe and Stevens were convicted by jury of two counts each of trespass (Pen. Code, §§ 602, subd. (j), and 602, subd. (l)). The alleged offenses occurred on June 19, 1964, at the Hillcrest Branch of the Bank of America. Defendants contend, among other things, that the criminal trespass statutes under which they were convicted are not applicable to the circumstances herein...
