Respondent determined deficiencies in the income tax of A. Michael Miranda, for the calendar years 1958, 1959, and 1960 in the respective amounts of $1,226.28, $1,152 and $4,549.84. Docket No. 2174-62, involving the year 1958, and Docket No. 1567-63, involving the years 1959 and 1960 were consolidated for trial, briefing and opinion.
