Information was filed charging Isaac DeBaca on two counts of obtaining money and goods by false pretenses, contrary to the provisions of § 6-38, W.S. 1957, by passing two checks, each for $99.75, one to Safeway Stores, Inc., and the other to Western Auto Store, on December 6, 1963.
