Patricia Ann Grant was riding in an automobile being operated by a long-time acquaintance, Wilbert Edward Suggs, when the automobile left the highway and presumably ran against a tree. Suggs was killed in the accident and Miss Grant was seriously injured. Miss Grant sued Bill F. Griffin, administrator of the estate of Suggs, for damages sustained as a result of her injuries. The trial court withdrew the case from the jury at the conclusion...
