STEVENS, Chief Judge.

The defendant was tried by a jury and found guilty of the illegal possession of certain narcotics, to wit: Dilaudid and Papaverine. A motion for a new trial was made and overruled. The defendant was adjudged guilty and sentenced. This appeal followed. The trial judge is a man of extensive experience as a lawyer and many years of experience as an able trial judge before his retirement.
