Trial of this action for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision resulted in a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in the amount of $4,600.00. Following the overruling of his timely after-trial motions, the defendant perfected his appeal to this court alleging prejudicial error in the giving of plaintiff's verdict-directing and measure of damage instructions.
