In this adoption proceeding the petitioner is Heinz P. Schenker. The infant sought to be adopted is Lance D. Blumenthal, a male child, ten years old when the petition was filed. He is the son of Harvey J. Blumenthal and the present Mrs. Schenker who obtained a divorce from her husband, Mr. Blumenthal, on May 12, 1958. All of those people are residents of the Virgin Islands.
