This cause of action grew out of a claim for compensation filed by Mr. Ousley against defendant for an injury allegedly suffered by him while in the employ of defendant. A referee conducted a hearing and denied compensation. Plaintiff appealed to the full Commission and it also denied compensation. Plaintiff appealed to the Circuit Court where the award and decision of the Commission was reversed and the cause was remanded. From that judgment...
