JEFFERSON, J.

In a trial by the court, after waiving a jury and admitting two prior felony convictions, defendant was convicted of possession of heroin (Health & Saf. Code, § 11500). He appeals from the judgment contending that the evidence which convicted him was the fruit of an illegal search and seizure.
