This is a motion to suppress. The facts disclose that at about 12:30 A.M. on the third day of July, 1965, in the vicinity of 109th Street and Lexington Avenue, a police officer was told by an unknown civilian that he had heard a shot which seemed to come from a nearby building. Three male white persons were seen leaving premises 172 East 110th Street and drive away in a 1955 white Oldsmobile...
