The appellant, Rogerio Bella, indicted in a four-count indictment with one Reynaldo Betancourt for violations of the narcotics laws of the United States, 26 U.S.C.A. § 4705(a) and 21 U.S.C.A. § 174, was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to nine years on each count of the indictment, to run concurrently.
