This appeal involves two defendants, Otwell and Butts. On March 12, 1965, we filed our original decision in the case. On April 6, 1965, as the result of information not appearing in the record but presented to us by the Attorney General's petition for rehearing, we directed a minor modification in the order of reversal as to defendant Butts. On June 3, 1965, the Supreme Court granted a hearing and transferred the cause to this court for further consideration...
