This is a suit in tort for damages resulting from an automobile accident in the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The petitioner is Mrs. Hazel Cinquemano, who at the time of the accident was riding as a passenger in a 1962 Chevrolet automobile driven by her husband, Thomas Cinquemano.
