This is a case for damages for injuries suffered in an automobile accident, which happened on June 30, 1960, near Estherville in Emmet County. Plaintiffs are the persons in the Fischer car and defendant, Delores Marie Hauber, was driving a car owned by the defendant, Harold Carl Hauber, when the collision occurred.

The action for damages was filed on June 28, 1962. On August 26, 1962, a stipulation was filed by the attorneys for the parties...
