BECKER, Justice.

Defendant was charged by indictment with the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny. A trial jury found him guilty. He assigns two errors; failure to instruct the jury on the necessity for corroboration of an accomplice, and admission of evidence beyond that claimed to have been limited by stipulation.
