Petitioners are labor organizations who seek review of a National Labor Relations Board order finding them in violation of Section 8(b) (4) (B) of the Act, 61 Stat. 140 (1947), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 158(b) (4) (B). The Board, in its answer, requests enforcement. Petitioners challenge the Board's action on both substantive and procedural grounds, arguing that their conduct was not illegal, and that, in any event, the Board's determination...
