This is an appeal from a conviction for assaulting a Federal officer. 18 U.S.C. § 111. The alleged assault occurred while appellant was in the United States Court-house in the District of Columbia, but not in a courtroom, awaiting a hearing on his motion to withdraw a guilty plea he had entered in another case.
