On appeal by the plaintiff to the entry of judgment for the defendant notwithstanding a jury verdict for the plaintiff.
The case arises out of the following facts:
The plaintiff and the defendant, a corporate insurance agent and broker, had business relations prior to March of 1963 in which the defendant had placed collision insurance for the plaintiff on a 1962 car
