This is an action ex delicto wherein plaintiffs, Harvey E. Kennedy and his wife, Albertha Kennedy, seek damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Kennedy and medical expense incurred by Mr. Kennedy in treatment thereof as the result of an accident which befell Mrs. Kennedy on the grounds of "Cottage Plantation", West Feliciana Parish.
