Appellant, together with one William Joseph Tyre, was informed against in the Criminal Court of Record of Duval County, charged with the offense of robbery. Immediately before the trial commenced appellant's codefendant, Tyre, pleaded guilty, and a jury was selected and sworn to try appellant only. Pursuant to a verdict of guilty, appellant was adjudged guilty and sentenced to a fifteen year term of imprisonment in the state prison. It is from that...
