BROWNING, President:

Plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of Ellis P. Humphrey, Sr., recovered a judgment in the amount of $25,000, $15,000 of which was for pecuniary loss, against the defendants in the Circuit Court of Tucker County in an action for the wrongful death of her decedent. A motion to set aside the judgment and award a new trial was overruled and upon application of defendants this Court granted an appeal on October 12, 1964.
